Reclaiming a horse
In order to be eligible to reclaim a horse from another member you must be the original owner of the horse. In addition reclaim requests will only be granted in the following instances:
The basic UESN sales rules have been violated and the original owner can show proof that this is the case. Horses that you have sold can be reclaimed due to inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no activity from the member for 4 real life months. This means no posts on the forums or no logins on the forums for a period of at least 4 months. In the event that a seller added rules to the list, those custom rules will not be enforced.
In order to reclaim a horse due to a violation of the rules or inactivity please use this form and post it here:
Horses Name: Current Owners Name: New Owners Name: Reason of Reclaim: Proof:
Staff will also check if your proof is valid to reclaim a horse before the transfer will be done.
