Fully Registered vs Registered Users

As it might have been unclear on how this works, here is now a guide on the two registered users groups!

Registered User
- When you join UESN, you are a registered user, as default
- Registered users can see the complete forum except downloads

Upgrade to Fully registered:
- Be an active user (over 25 Posts, rank title "Groomer")
- Register horses and/or compete in shows regularly

Fully Registered User
- You need to be upgraded to be in that group
- You can see the complete forum including downloads

Downgrade to Registered User:
- Inactivity for over 4 RL Months (means no log in, no posts, no kind of activity)
- If found to be sharing content outside of UESN in any method other than linking to the UESN content thread
